2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NLT) 16 All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. 17 God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.

Re:Connect (I am devoted to fellowship)

1 Corinthians 12:12-13 (NLT) The human body has many parts, but the many parts
make up one whole body. So it is with the body of Christ. Some of us are Jews, some are
Gentiles, some are slaves, and some are free. But we have all been baptized into one body
by one Spirit, and we all share the same Spirit.

Let’s understand that a believer who is not connected to other believers is dismembered.  God intends for us to be devoted to each other, and receiving our direction from Christ, who is the head of the church.

Re:Affirm

Creeds are a reaffirmation of the beliefs that unite the people. At New Day we focus on a belief in Jesus Christ, and obedience to Him as Lord. Are you a believer? Have you been baptized? Today is a great day to Re:Affirm your connection to Christ.

Lord over the Sabbath

Keep the Sabbath

KEY TEXT: Leviticus 23:3 (NLT) You have six days each week for your ordinary work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath day of complete rest, an official day for holy assembly. It is the Lord’s Sabbath day, and it must be observed wherever you live.
