In Remembrance

It’s Memorial Day weekend—a time to remember.  In the midst of everything else we do to kick off summer in Wisconsin, we are compelled to remember that freedom isn’t free.  Our constitutional freedom is paid for by the blood of thousands of soldiers.  That is what Memorial Day is about.  We have another kind of freedom that was paid for with the blood of God’s Son.  That is what this hour on Sunday morning is about—a time to remember.  We’ll do that by hearing from the Bible and sharing Communion.  (Message recorded May 30, 2010)

Be My Witnesses - Hoss Ostrowski

Jesus told his followers that they would be his witnesses.  A witness is someone who gives a testimony - an account of what they ahve observed and experienced first-hand.  This message is a testimony from someone who has been a part of New Day from the beginning.  "Hoss" Ostrowski's testimony gives us evidence of God, and gives us the chance to celebrate the God who is active in the world He loves.  (Message recorded 05-23-2010)

Child Dedication

During our childhood, someone else had temporary responsibility for us. As we grow older we find that although we take responsibility for our own actions, we are still children of a Heavenly Father. This message is about discovering one of the keys to helping children grow in stature, in wisdom, and in favor with God and people.
